Understanding Travel Time
The only "extra" charge is travel time - the time it takes our crew to get from our office to your location and back after the move is complete. This is standard industry practice and ensures you're only paying for actual service time.
Example:
If our office is 20 minutes from your location, you'll be charged for 40 minutes of travel time (20 minutes each way) at the regular hourly rate. We always disclose this upfront in your quote.
