New condo towers around Pandosy Village require booked freight elevators and move deposits. Book 5–7 days ahead — summer and month-end slots fill fastest.
Okanagan Lake Waterfront Access
Waterfront condos along Abbott Street have tight loading zones. We reserve a temporary loading permit and plan the lakefront access.
Mission Family-Home Permits
Family homes in the Mission and South Kelowna may need a street occupancy permit. We handle City of Kelowna permits as part of your booking.
William R. Bennett Bridge Traffic
Cross-lake moves via the William R. Bennett Bridge to West Kelowna hit peak congestion in summer. We schedule around tourist traffic.
